Refund Policy

Our legal documents are published in English. This translation is provided for convenience; the English version is the governing agreement.
We want every family to feel confident and informed when joining Raemori.
1. Monthly Membership Billing and Cancellation
Monthly memberships are billed in advance for each billing period.
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.
After cancellation, your paid membership benefits remain available through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
At the end of that paid period, your account moves to the applicable Free membership unless another valid membership or entitlement applies.
Payments already made for the current billing period are not prorated or refunded solely because you cancel or decide not to continue the membership, except where required by law or where another Raemori policy expressly provides otherwise.
Promotional offers are governed by their own promotional terms and do not change this regular billing policy.
2. Annual Membership Billing and Cancellation
Annual memberships are billed in advance for the full annual billing period.
You may cancel your annual membership at any time before your next annual renewal date to prevent the next annual charge.
After cancellation, your paid membership benefits remain available through the end of the annual period you have already paid for.
Cancelling does not automatically create a prorated or partial refund for the current annual period, except where required by law or where another expressly approved Raemori policy applies.
3. Founder Membership
Founder Membership is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. It does not renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.
